Covering several streets in Zone 14, this project uses modern water flow modeling and monitoring systems to ensure efficiency and long-term effectiveness. It reflects a proactive effort to prepare Chennai’s suburbs for changing weather patterns and rapid urbanization.

Integrated Bus Terminal and Multi-Utility Facility – Tiruchirappalli

Further south, a transformative project is taking shape in Panjapur, Tiruchirappalli,  the development of an Integrated Bus Terminal and Multi-Utility Facility Center.
This large-scale transport hub will feature a central terminal, multi-purpose utility spaces, retail areas, food courts, and rest zones, all designed to improve passenger convenience and travel efficiency. Once operational, it will significantly reduce congestion and support the city’s growing mobility needs.
