Translates the philosophy “Ayush ka Tantra, Swasthya ka Mantra” into a powerful visual narrative.

Incredible Design, a New Delhi–based multidisciplinary design studio, has conceptualised and designed the Ministry of Ayush tableau for the Republic Day Parade 2026, translating the philosophy “Ayush ka Tantra, Swasthya ka Mantra” into a powerful visual narrative. Celebrating 3 decades of design excellence with International Awards from various institutions, this most recent production at RDP, reflects the transformative role of the National Ayush Mission (NAM) in strengthening Bharat’s traditional systems of medicine and integrating them into the national public health framework, aligned with the overarching national vision of “Aatmanirbhar Bharat.”
The tableau opens with a striking tractor unit featuring a rotating tri-sculpture of Acharya Charak, Acharya Patanjali, and Acharya Agastya, seated around a hill of medicinal plants. This composition symbolises Ayush wisdom rooted in Mother Nature and India’s civilisational knowledge systems. Accompanying the tractor is a walking contingent showcasing NAM’s digital platforms, signalling Bharat’s emergence as a technology-enabled global wellness leader.
The main trailer presents NAM’s flagship initiatives—Supraja (neo-natal and maternal care), Vayomitra (elderly care), and Ayurvidya (Ayush education at the primary school level). A distinctive puppetry installation depicts the Arishadvarga, the six inner enemies, demonstrating how Ayush practices guide individuals towards balance and holistic well-being.
The rear section features the Ayushman Arogya Mandir (Ayush), portraying community-level health activities. A central meditative figure represents body–mind–spirit harmony, complemented by live yoga demonstrations and a display of commonly used Ayush medicines. The side panels showcase detailed 3D murals of Bharatiya therapies such as Marma, Shirodhara, and Cupping, alongside pioneers of major Ayush systems, Sowa-Rigpa (Yuthog Yonten Gonpo), Naturopathy (Benedict Lust), Homeopathy (Samuel Hahnemann), and Unani (Hippocrates).
Adding dynamism to the presentation are four live moving mascot elements, each representing a key Ayush mobile application, Y-Break Pro, WHO mYoga, Namaste Yoga, and Prakriti Parikshan, highlighting their role in making preventive and holistic healthcare accessible to citizens across age groups.
The tableau culminates with the Government Ayurveda Medical College, symbolising institutional continuity, education, research, and excellence in Ayush systems.
Architect Sanjay Soni, Chief Knowledge Director, Incredible Design, said:
“This tableau is conceived as a living narrative where Bharat’s ancient wisdom, modern governance, digital outreach, and public health aspirations come together. Ayush is not positioned as an alternative, but as an integral, future-ready pillar of Bharat’s healthcare ecosystem.”
